  1. How do I track my order? An email will be sent confirming your order has left the warehouse, your tracking information will also be included in this email.
  2. I have not received my order, where is it? Hang Gang is just getting started so we currently use Print on Demand services. Because of this, All orders should ship in 4 business days. Once your receive your tracking number, please allow 24 hours for it to update.
  3. What is the meaning behind your logo? Many peices of climbing guides and literature include what are called "topo" (topography) maps that help climbers identify routes on rock faces in the outdoors. Bolts on these maps are typically marked by an "X" and the top of the route, or the final bolts, are marked with a "XX" Our logo is inspired by the double bolts, symbolizing getting the send.
  4. Why do you use the styles of famous artists for some of your designs? Some of our designs are inspired by famous artists. The brand itself was inspired by the artists journey and we feel that there are many parrallels between the two life styles, like finding your strengths, looking at things from different perspectives and coming to terms with your personal strengths and weaknesses. This is our way of homoring some of the figures that we found to have the greatest impact and influence on our journey.
  5. I emailed customer service, how long will it take them to respond? It can take our customer service representatives up to 1-2 business days to respond to inquiries.
  6. Is Hang Gang clothing true to size? We recommend you select your usual size for a trim fit and size up for a loose fit. For more information about sizes, you can check the size guide on each product page.
  7. What Payment methods does Hang Gang accept? Our checkout is managed by Shopify, the World’s leading online payment gateways. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
